This 5400 sq. ft. home custom built in 2010 by the current owners has 6 BR & 3-1/2 baths and just about has it all. And the home is handicapped accessible. The home is on four acres sitting approximately 40’ above the lake level. So, the views are impressive and so is the privacy. The home is located near the end of the street. There is a lighted stone stairway to the shale/pebble beach where you can easily shore dock your boat. Or for those who do not want to walk to the water there is a paved neighborhood boat ramp with parking 1.5 miles away. For those who do not own a boat, Lacey’s Marina & several other marinas on the lake rent pontoon boats & wave runners. Provided with the rental is use of a (3) 1-man & (1) 2-man kayaks & 1-standup paddle board with life preservers on the beach for exploring & fishing. The Den, Kitchen & Dining are all in one “common” open area with a small porch to watch the “world goes by” or read one of the hundred classics that are available. The den has (3) sitting areas. One being a table that 4-5 people can dine or play a friendly game of cards or one of the several board games available. This area has front row seats to the (4) LARGE windows that overlooks the woods & the lake. Another is the sitting area around the fire place. And the last area is where you have (2) full size coaches & a 2-person lazy boy lounger in front of 54” 4K television. Also, there is a wet bar in the room. The dining area has a formal table with seating for ten. And right off the dining room is a bar that separates the kitchen from the den & dining room that has seating for six people. The kitchen has about anything a cook would want. Full-size double ovens, a gas cook top with 4-burners and a 24” griddle, a warming drawer, microwave, large refrigerator, trash compactor, double bowl sink with disposal, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig & drip coffee makers and a prep island with its own sink and seating for two. The kitchen is fully stocked with toaster, food processor, Vita Mix blender, (2) slow cookers, pots, pans, numerous casserole dishes, 24-3 place melamine dinnerware, plastic & glass tumblers, wine glasses, flour, sugar, salt, pepper, 24+ spices, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, food storage bags, & more. The room behind the kitchen is the “butler’s” pantry. This has another full-size refrigerator/freezer, plenty of shelving room for the “dry” items, another double sink with disposal and dishwasher, a 100 lbs./day commercial ice maker and & full-size washer/dryer. Also, on the top floor are the master suite & (2) bedrooms. The master suite with its own bathroom with a no barrier walk-in shower area, a large dressing area where an available inflatable queen mattress can also be placed and still plenty of area for clothes & dressing. The master suite also has a fireplace, entrance to the lakeside porch and views of the lake and forest area. Also the master suite has a large dressing room where a queen air mattress is located with sheets & blankets. The second bedroom has an office area with (2) desks and a queen mattress. The third bedroom has a king size bed and bathroom and shower. Now let’s us go to the lower level via spiral staircase or (4) person elevator. The elevator offers the obvious convenience of moving groceries & other items from the 2-car garage to the main level. The lower level has a main room that has a sitting area with a 48” plasma TV, dining area for (6) or more, a wet bar and an under counter refrigerator. The main lower room connects with the large downstairs porch with its own outdoor fire place and a (6) person hot tub. The lower level has three bedrooms. One has (2) twin beds and the other bedroom has a double bed and a 10" memory foam queen mattress.. The 3rd bedroom is also an exercise room with an elliptical and a weight machine. A 10" memory foam queen mattress is in this room. On this level it has a “jack & Jill” bathroom. That is two ½ baths “share” a tub/shower area. Also available is a pac-n-play crib, high chair, and a "gate" to block the stairwell for the little guests. Also please note that (6) couples can have their own rooms, but there are enough beds, all with linens & pillows, to accommodate 16 people. The home is fully stocked with towels, linens, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets and bar soap. Also, there is a large gas grill and a 48” wood smoker. Each bedroom is equipped with their own TV with Satellite TV. Also there is free internet access & Wi-Fi throughout the home. The home is in a DRY COUNTY. There are several restaurants located in Heber Springs and nearby within a 30-minute drive. Some of these establishments serve alcohol; call before for further information. Also, there are several golf courses near by Indian Hills & Mtn. Ranch. There is also tennis at these locations. The neighborhood road is lovely to walk as there are only approximately 40 homes on a 2.5-mile walk. Of these, less than 12 of the homes are full time residents. Nearby there is the state Cherokee Wildlife Management Area that is 62,000 acres and plenty of trails to explore. There are numerous fishing guides on the lake & also on Little Red River. The Little Red is renowned for its fly fishing, Please note that the home is for sale. It has been on the market since 1st half of 2018. As of the end of January we only have had less than 10 "lookers". We do not foresee that it will be sold we wanted our guests to know the status of the home. This cabin has it all…beautiful views, lakefront, boat slip and close to town. We are very proud of our lake place and we want to keep it in great condition for all of our guests. Please, note that there is a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This includes adults and children. If you have more than 8 guests, we cannot accommodate you. We classify the style as mountain lodge with a modern touch providing a wonderful retreat from everyday life. The cabin is the top unit of a two unit building. It boasts amazing views from the two story windows and large covered back deck. Guests are steps from the lake and dock providing swimming, fishing and boating adventures. This is one of very few rentals on Greer’s Ferry Lake that has boat slips for renters. The location is great because it is next to the Edgemont Bridge which is only a mile from the town of Greer’s Ferry, 10 miles from Fairfield Bay and right on the best lake in the country. Greer’s Ferry Lake is a favorite water playground nestled in the foothills of the Ozarks in north central Arkansas. This 40,000-acre masterpiece pleases water enthusiasts of all types. The lake is surrounded by an abundance of rock outcropping, trees, and wildlife making it a leading tourist destination. Greer’s Ferry Lake is noted for its pristine shoreline and deep crystal clear waters that provide a wonderful opportunity for enjoying nature at its finest. The lake has deep clean water for boating, water skiing, and scuba diving. There are vast stretches of water for sailing and other water sports. All of this is mere steps away from the cabin. Once you have your boat in the water, you will enjoy having it docked in a slip just a short walk away from the cabin. The dock also provides a nice swimming area with a ladder allowing easy access in and out of the lake for guests. The Cabin has two bedrooms downstairs and a large loft bedroom upstairs. Bedroom one has a Tempur-Pedic king bed with private bathroom including a tub/shower unit. Bedroom two has another Tempur-Pedic king bed and adjoins the hall bathroom including a tub/shower unit. Bedroom two also has a crib. Guests are provided with towels and wash cloths for your convenience. The upstairs loft bedroom has one king bed and two twin beds. Each bed was carefully chosen to ensure comfort for our guests. The laundry is off the hall on the first floor and includes a full size washer and dryer. The two story living room has a couch, love seat and recliner with a large flat screen TV mounted to the two story gas fireplace. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has a peninsula bar that is 11 foot long and great for buffet style serving. The peninsula bar has seating for 4 in addition to the dining table that seats 6. In the kitchen, renters are provided with fiesta dinnerware, pots/pans, silverware, glasses, etc to allow guests to prepare meals in home. The entrance to this unit is up one half of a flight of stairs, so it is not easily accessible by wheelchair. Please, note that pets are not allowed. We know this won't work for everyone, but we cannot allow you to bring pets with you. Also, we supply hotel type shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet paper in the bathrooms, and we provide a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, so that is less for you to bring with you. Side yard has a firepit / grill area for an open fire (perfect for roasting marshmallows or grilling a few burgers) as well as a high quality standup charcoal grill. PLEASE exercise caution by extinguishing fire when done AND ensure fire safety rules are observed. We are right between the #4 and #5 fairways on Tannenbaum Golf Course (more info on this 18-hole golf course below), and minutes away from Dam Site Marina and Heber Springs Marina. The Fish Hatchery, JFK Dedication Park, and the Greers Ferry Dam (which has swimming and cliff diving areas nearby) are only a 30 minute drive away. Closest town is Heber Springs where you can do all your shopping. The house is located in Cleburne County, which is a dry county. Just to be clear, this property is within a mile of a boat launch on Greers Ferry lake but it is not a lakefront property...and there is currently no internet service (Wi-Fi) available. There is good cell phone service in the area, so my family and I use a "hotspot" on our phone if we need to get on the internet with a laptop. Our 3,489 square foot 4 bedroom/4 bathroom house is located just steps away from the water on Greers Ferry Lake in the Tannenbaum resort. Every room has a beautiful view of the lake! The house has plenty of space for both family time AND privacy! The living spaces are large and each bedroom has a private bathroom. The main level of the house includes an open Living Room/Dining Room/Kitchen combination. The living area has a 55" flat screen TV and plenty of room for lounging. The dining table seats 10-12 with additional seating at the bar. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main level. The Primary bedroom has a walk-in shower and a jetted tub. The primary bedroom has a walk in closet large enough for the provided pack n play. The lower level has a second living area with a 60" flat screen TV, comfortable seating and a pool table. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the lower level. The washer and dryer are also on this level. The house is equipped with satellite TV and internet. A high chair and stroller can be provided.

Large three story country style home with six bedrooms and three full baths including a private downstairs apartment with a game room. The second story has a large wrap around deck. The back deck overlooks the lake. It is screened in and perfect for all ages to enjoy. The views are spectacular! The house is within 50 yards of the lake. The shoreline has bluffs and a sloping rock bank. There is also a community boat dock within walking distance. There aren't any slips for rent, but it can be used for loading boats, swimming, and fishing. The shoreline near the dock is very accessible as well. We often let guests borrow our slip, if it's not being used or tie up to one of the ends. All other slips are privately owned and may NOT be used at anytime. The first floor of the house has a private one bedroom apartment with a queen size bed, a full bathroom, a kitchenette, and a game room. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster oven, and a coffee maker. Dishes and silverware are also provided. The kitchenette has a bar with bar stools and a small table that can sit up to four people. The living room has a couch and love seat both with built in recliners. It has a television and basic satellite programming. There is room to add our queen size inflatable bed (provided) in the living room. The game room has a pool table/ping pong table and a futon for extra sleeping. The second floor is the main floor. It has a large full kitchen with island and attached dining area. The kitchen is equipped with all the standard appliances, dishes, pots and pans, crock pot, Keurig, and silverware. All you need to bring is food, family, friends, and fun! There is also a gas grill on the deck. Propane is provided. This main floor has has a very open floor plan with the kitchen and living room in the middle. It has a wonderful large wrap around deck. The deck has a nice porch swing, tables, and chairs that are perfect for relaxing. It is absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. The sunset views are breathtaking! The living room has a flat screen television mounted above the fireplace and basic satellite programming. It has a leather sofa avg loveseat, along with a recliner. Its ready for you to kick back and enjoy! The master suite is off of the living room. It has a king size bed and large private bathroom with large jetted tub and separate shower stall. On the other end of the house, there is a dining room that seats 6, two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The bathroom is between the two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed, and the other has a full size bed. All of the bedrooms and the living room on this floor have private openings onto the large screened deck. The very top floor has two bedrooms connected by a catwalk. One bedroom has a full size bed with 2 twin beds. The kids will love this room! It also has a 32 " flat screen television perfect for setting up game systems. The second bedroom has a full size bed, 2 twin beds, television with built in dvd player. The boat ramp is just a few miles from the house at the end of Silver Ridge Road on Ramp Road.

We have recently completed a major renovation including building a large covered deck that has new furniture and a tv which provides a third entertainment area for the house. It boasts amazing views from the deck just outside the dining room door. Guests are only a very short walk from the lake and dock providing swimming, fishing and boating adventures. This is one of the very few rentals on Greer's Ferry Lake that has boat slips available for renters. The location is great because it is next to the Edgemont Bridge which is only a mile from the town of Greer's Ferry, 10 miles from Fairfield Bay and right on the best lake in the country. The cabin has two bedrooms and a pull out queen size sofa bed in living room. Bedroom one has a king size bed with a private bath with a tub shower unit. Bedroom two has a full/twin bunk bed and adjoins the hall bath with a stand up shower. Guests are provided with towels and wash cloths for your convenience.
